Introducing Shadow

Everyone who matters
has a team.

Shadow is a care coordination platform for families.
For when someone you love needs care, everyone wants to help, and no one wants to get it wrong.

REASSURANCE FOR LIFE’S HIGHEST STAKES

Shadow is a care coordination
platform for families.

If you’re caring for someone you love, you know it can be a difficult job: medications, discharge instructions, follow-up tasks, and appointments. You have to get the doctor’s instructions right. And the whole family wants updates.

Let Shadow help.

The Assistant

Executes the plan at home.

A dedicated tablet displays obvious instructions with one-button logging. No new software to learn.

The Coordinator

Creates a realtime record, centralizes appointments, and shows doctors’ notes.

A shared dashboard manages the plan’s logistics and keeps everyone informed.

Alerts

Give everyone peace of mind.

SMS text notifications are sent when an important step goes unlogged.

Designed for dignity

Built for thriving.
Not decline.

If you’re at the center of care, you should feel like a person, not a patient. You should not feel watched, judged, or managed in your own home. You want to think less about your treatment—not more.

Shadow makes care feel like winning, not losing. The most capable people alive—fighters, dancers, Olympians—have teams reading the numbers and planning the next move. No one calls that decline. That’s just what mattering looks like.

Your care deserves a team for the same reason. Because you matter.

No surveillance

No cameras, microphones, or location tracking.

No nagging

No constant reminders or unsolicited advice.

No gold stars

No grades. You’re never talked down to.

Home feels like home

Not a hospital.

“After my Grandfather’s stroke, my family tried to help with his care. We had six group text threads and dozens of scribbled notes. I built Shadow to replace an improvised system with something that actually works for my family and yours.”
— Kristen, Founder of Shadow
